The Whole Process
Keli & Steve.
This time last year we met the lovely Keli & Steve at The Brands Hatch wedding show. They told us about their very different wedding which they were planning to hold at Kent Life Museum – With its very own Oast house as well as farm animals and historic buildings set in 28 acres of beautiful rural surroundings.
Safe to say we totally wanted ‘that gig’ we had a chat as we usually do at fairs, told Keli & Steve about our collection and they looked through some sample albums.
They booked soon after and we met at Kent Life to look around the venue together. If we book a wedding where we haven’t shot before, we always go and do a reccy to find the best spots, no matter how far away it is.
A few weeks before the wedding we met at Lakeside for a coffee and our final details meeting, as Keli & Steve kindly fit it in to their lunch break from work. We always have a final details meeting with all of our clients where we go through the timings of their day and have a chat so when the big day comes around, we have met at least a couple of times which also helps our couples feel more comfortable and relaxed.
Their wedding day was perfect weather and a great atmosphere!
The Silver Service waiters really got the party started and were both brilliant & hilarious.
Keli looked amazing in both her dresses having a quick change for the evening…
A few weeks after the wedding I invited Keli & Steve around for their reveal, where I show them their highlight show reel and try to make cry. They made their album choices, added some upgrades and their album order was put in to the amazing Graphi Studio in Italy. I had the privilege of being able to visit Graphi last year whilst on Paul Fowler & Scott Johnsons amazing Italian wedding workshop at Graphi Castle. What an amazing experience to be able to see one of my albums being made. All our wedding albums have a lifetime guarantee and are hand finished (which I have seen with my own eyes) You really would struggle to find a better album to tell the story of your day, keep forever and become a family treasure.
We were also lucky enough to pick up a Highly Commended rosette in the Master Photographers Association monthly critique for this one of Keli & Steve
So there we are, the whole process of a wedding in a nutshell. What a privilege it is to share so many amazing moments with so many wonderful people xx
